When will my order ship?
We estimate that your items will process and ship in 5-7 business days. All items with future ship dates are marked with an estimated ship date in the product details. Please note, international shipments may take longer to process/ship.
Where is my order?
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. If you haven't received a confirmation or believe there is an issue with your order please Contact Us within 48 hours.
Where are your items made/shipped from?
We embroider all our products in sunny Los Angeles!
How should I care for my Frame Up Apparel?
Most of our items are 100% cotton, unless otherwise stated under product details. To ensure the longevity of your apparel and protect the embroidered design, wash them inside out, use a mild detergent, and wash in cold water. It is best to hang dry to avoid shrinkage. If you have to use a dryer, use a low heat setting. Avoid washing the items with zippers, buttons, or other metal items on your clothing that could get caught on the embroidery when you are doing a load of laundry. Avoid bleach and/or brightening agents.
