Return Policy

Standard Orders

As a small business specializing in custom embroidery, we can only offer returns/exchanges or refunds for defective products that are unworn/unwashed. If you believe your product may be defective, please Contact Us within 14 days from when your order was delivered with a photo of the defective item and we will happily make it right!

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All hats are final sale due to health standards.

If you have any other issues with your order, please Contact Us and we will help you work it out. Just know we cannot guarantee a return/refund at this time.

Custom Designs

For custom designs and production/wrap gifts, we cannot offer returns of any kind since these are one off items. If you believe you received defective products, please Contact Us immediately so we can make it right.
