Shirts - Standard Orders

As a small business specializing in custom, made-to-order embroidery, we can only offer returns, exchanges or refunds for defective products. If you believe your product may be defective, please Contact Us within 14 days from when your order was delivered with a photo of the defective item and we will happily make it right!

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All hats are final sale due to health standards.

If you have any other issues with your order, please Contact Us and we will do our best to make it right! Just know that we cannot guarantee a return, refund or exchange at this time.

Shirts - Custom Designs

For custom designs and production/wrap gifts, we cannot offer returns of any kind since these are one-off items. If you believe you received defective products, please Contact Us immediately so we can make it right.

AKS - Products Utilizing 3D Printing

While we strive to manufacture parts that are 3D printed using the strongest and most durable materials, sometimes things can happen in shipping. For this reason we offer a 3 day inspection period from the date of delivery. If you find that your product was damaged in transit, doesn't function properly or there are any other issues, please Contact Us right away and we will work with you to replace the defective component. Please note that the product must be in a new/un-used condition to be eligible.

If you notice any other issues or abnormalities from use, please Contact Us and we will work with you to correct the issue. Just know that we cannot guarantee a return, refund or exchange for items past the 3 day inspection window.

Any items that have customizations associated with them (engraving, embossing, added text, etc.) cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges.
