Shipping policy
Frame Up Apparel does its best to offer cost-effective, reliable shipping options to our customers. All of our shipments are provided with tracking.
If you have any issues with an item lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page.
Insured packages are covered in cases of theft after delivery, also known as porch piracy. If a missing package has been marked as delivered by the shipping provider, please contact them first to determine if the package was delivered to the correct address, but do not open an insurance claim with the carrier. Please contact us directly to request a replacement for missing or damaged items.
Requests for replacements should be made within 72 hours of delivery. In cases of lost items, please give the carrier 30 days to make delivery.
Please contact us before placing your order if you require a signature upon delivery.
Frame Up Apparel is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after a product has left our facility, nor are we responsible for any loss incurred by shipping delays. If you wish to ship on your own freight account, please contact us before ordering. Frame Up Apparel is not responsible for customs duties or any other import duties or costs.
Shipments that are refused delivery for any reason will be returned to Frame Up Apparel at your expense. Fees assessed in cases of refused delivery will include any shipping, handling, packaging, and restocking charges.
Frame Up Apparel does provide return labels in certain circumstances at the discretion of Frame Up Apparel. You will be responsible for return shipping costs if your return is outside of the standard inspection period, if you do not have an original shipping box, or if you are outside of the US. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for refunds or replacements if the shipping label is not purchased and insured by Frame Up Apparel.
If a previously shipped order is returned to Frame Up Apparel for any reason, it is the responsibility of the recipient to arrange redelivery and to cover any further shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Frame Up Apparel offers subsidized shipping, which may appear discounted or free of charge at the time of purchase. In cases of returns, the entire shipping charge, including the subsidized portion, will be assessed and subtracted from the refund amount. Shipping services may change carrier or shipping speed at any time without notice or adjustment of cost.
Customs duties and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the recipient. All orders are FOB origin.
To return your product, you must be in Contact with us and have an approved RMA number.
